How Vow came together

  1. June 2026

    It started with a hotline.

For our August celebration, I built a chatbot so guests could ask anything: what to wear, where to park, when the shuttle leaves. They loved it.

Then I wanted one for us.

What if every detail lived in one place, with a bot that knew all of it? This time the bot wasn't for our guests. It was for us.

    Then came the contracts.

Reading ours, I found what had slipped through: a kids' play area that couldn't go on gravel, rooms we were paying for that nobody had decorated, shuttle times that didn't line up with the reception. So Vow learned to read contracts.

    Then the seating chart.

Our guest list was full of maybes, so I needed a seating chart that could hold different versions as the maybes became yeses.

    From there, it kept building.

A budget that shows what each quote does, a payment tracker, day-of schedules for every vendor, and a way for planners and couples to work from the same plan.
